Chapter 63: A Chubby Man with a Twisted Fate
When she was a doctor, she would occasionally go to bars for leisure during her vacations. The high-intensity work required a crazy outlet. But her original self was very introverted; she rarely even went to large malls, let alone bars.
Her ears really couldn’t handle the clamor of the bar.
Walking out of the street along the cobbled road, Abigail checked the time. It had been an hour and a half, and Teddy must have been acting up by now. She grew anxious and reached out to hail a cab.
But at that moment, someone bumped into her back. Annoyed, she turned around, and a rough hand covered her mouth and nose.
In her current body, Abigail was quite inconvenienced. She wanted to fight back, but the smell of ether already made her lose consciousness.
As her mind blurred, Abigail couldn’t help but curse. It was bad enough that she had been reborn in a fat body; why did this body have to endure so much misfortune?
Logically, shouldn’t the ones with tumultuous lives be great beauties? At the very least, they should be delicate and pretty!
Couldn’t a fat person live a plain and simple life?
When Abigail woke up, she found herself in a hotel suite. She looked around; there was a round bed, purple gauze curtains, and everything was quite interesting.
She forced herself to sit up and then heard the sound of someone showering in the bathroom.
Raising her eyebrows slightly, Abigail thought, are even fat people in demand these days?
She felt both angry and amused. Looking at the rough rope around her hands, she was considering how to untie it when the bathroom door opened, and a tall man in a towel walked out.
Who else could it be but Clark Stone.
“Awake?” Clark Stone saw Abigail sitting up and casually asked a question, as if Abigail wasn’t kidnapped by him, but rather someone determined to get into his bed.
Abigail, “…” What is this?
“Don’t worry. I informed Uncle Green. Tonight, you’re with me.” Clark saw the confusion in Abigail’s eyes and explained considerately.
It even had a hint of condescension.
Abigail was so angry she laughed. “Don’t you understand human language?” She thought she had made things quite clear in the bar.
“Abigail, are you angry? I know I neglected you before, but don’t worry. This time I will treat you well.” As he spoke, Clark stepped closer to Abigail, half-kneeling to look into her eyes. “A year ago, you invited me to a hotel. I was entangled with something and couldn’t make it. Consider this my apology, okay?”
“Not okay.” Abigail was slightly stunned, suddenly understanding why her original self had lost her virginity a year ago. Apparently, she had intended to give herself to this hypocrite.
Tsk tsk, with that mindset and brain, no wonder she was killed.
How did her original self think that Clark Stone was charming, gentle, scholarly, and considerate?
Clark Stone was briefly stunned. Anger swirled in his eyes. She really was pushing her luck!
But his face still carried a hint of a smile as he brought his lips close to Abigail’s ear. “Not okay? Tell your senior, why?”
His tone was extremely ambiguous, and the warm breath intentionally brushed against Abigail’s neck.
Abigail was thoroughly disgusted.
The feeling was completely different from when Brandon Piers had touched her last time.
“Can you help me untie my wrists first?” Abigail batted her big wet eyes, swallowing her nausea. She wondered if she should make sure this guy could never be a man again later.
If Clark Stone were infertile, would her original self blame her?
Clark Stone was taken aback. Ignoring Abigail’s fat body, her eyes were truly outstanding, even better than Ruby Green’s. If he had known, he would have taken her when she was thin.
Thinking of how much Abigail Green fancied him back then, Clark Stone felt proud. She had been pretending earlier, but soon she would be begging to get into his bed.
Women, heh.
